Our Program

Encourage. Empower. Engage.

Our Program: The Three Phases

TrilogE embraces three phases of our "E" Program: we encourage women to begin their journey, empower them to create lasting change, and engage them to help transform the lives of others.

TrilogE isn't a single workshop or a one-time event — it's a progressive path. Each phase builds on the one before it, so women don't just experience a moment of change; they build a foundation for lasting change.

Women move through the program based on their unique needs. Some begin at Encourage and complete their journey there. Others continue on to Empower and Engage, eventually becoming mentors themselves. There's no wrong place to be — only the next right step.

The TrilogE “E” Program guides women through three phases of growth and transformation.

Encourage provides a foundation for rebuilding through one-on-one mentorship and essential skills development, including confidence, goal setting, boundaries, and self-belief.

Phase I: Encourage
Phase II: Empower

Empower strengthens lasting change through accountability, continued support, and the integration of skills learned in the first phase.

Phase III: Engage

Engage creates opportunities for women to use their growth and experiences to support others through mentorship, volunteer service, and leadership within the TrilogE community.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Every woman's journey is different. If you're not sure which phase is right for you, we'll help you figure it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is TrilogE Women’s Support Foundation?

TrilogE Women’s Support Foundation provides a strong, compassionate community for women who are rebuilding their lives after hardship. Through our three-phase “E” Program—Encourage, Empower, and Engage—we offer emotional support, practical tools, and mentorship to help women move from surviving to thriving.

How do I know which phase is right for me?

Most women begin with Phase I, where they build foundational stability, confidence, and support. As you grow, you may move into Phase II to deepen your skills and healing, and eventually Phase III if you feel called to mentor others. Our team can help you decide which phase best fits your current season of life.

Is there a cost to participate?

A $25 monthly program fee helps support program materials, workshops, and community events. If cost is a concern, please reach out—limited scholarships or sliding-scale options may be available so finances are never the only barrier to your healing.

How long does each phase take?

The TrilogE program is a 10-month experience, January through October, with each phase designed to meet you where you are. Some women move through one phase in a single year, while others may repeat or pause as needed. Your journey is your own, and we walk it with you at your pace.

Can I skip a phase?

Possibly. Each woman’s journey is unique, and plans are made on a case-by-case basis. If you already have strong stability and support systems in place, you may be able to begin in Phase II or III. We’ll talk with you about your goals and experiences to find the best fit.

How do I become a mentor?

Many mentors begin their journey by going through the TrilogE program themselves. If you feel called to support other women, we’ll help you explore leadership opportunities, training, and ways to serve within our community once you’re ready.

I'm in crisis right now. Is this the right place for me?

TrilogE is designed for women who have moved beyond immediate crisis and are ready to focus on healing, growth, and long-term stability. If you are currently in crisis, we encourage you to first connect with emergency or crisis services. Once you’re in a safer, more stable place, we would be honored to walk alongside you in your next steps.

The Ripple Effect

Every woman who moves through TrilogE, from Encourage to Empower to Engage, becomes part of a larger cycle of support. What begins as one woman's healing becomes another woman's hope.

TrilogE. Encourage. Empower. Engage.
