Encourage. Empower. Engage.

Tools and support for every phase of your journey — whether you're just starting out or leading the way for someone else.

TrilogE embraces three phases of our "E" Program: we **encourage** women to begin their journey, **empower** them to create lasting change, and **engage** them to help transform the lives of others.

TrilogE isn't a single workshop or a one-time event — it's a progressive path. Each phase builds on the one before it, so women don't just experience a moment of change; they build a foundation for lasting change.

Women move through the program based on their unique needs. Some begin at Encourage and complete their journey there. Others continue on to Empower and Engage, eventually becoming mentors themselves. There's no wrong place to be — only the next right step.

Phase III — Engage

Becoming a Mentor and Leader Within TrilogE

Phase III is for women who want to continue with the organization as a mentor, a volunteer, or through service. Having built and sustained their own growth, they now step into the role of supporting other women just beginning their own Encourage journey.

What this phase includes:
· Mentor training and leadership development
· Opportunities to lead workshops, groups, or events
· Ongoing support as a mentor or volunteer within the TrilogE community
· A continued path of personal growth through leadership

Who it's for:
Women who have completed Phase II (or have relevant experience) and want to become more involved as a mentor or volunteer within the organization.

The goal:
To turn each woman's journey into a source of strength for the next woman beginning hers — creating a self-sustaining cycle of support.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is TrilogE Women’s Support Foundation?

TrilogE Women’s Support Foundation provides a structured, three-phase program designed to support women as they rebuild confidence, strengthen personal growth, and develop the skills to support and inspire others.

How do I know which phase is right for me?

Most women begin with Phase I, where they build foundational skills such as confidence, goal setting, boundaries, and self-awareness. If you have already developed these foundational skills and are ready for continued accountability and growth, Phase II may be the right fit. Phase III is designed for women who are ready to use their experiences and skills to mentor, volunteer, or take on leadership opportunities within the organization.

Is there a cost to participate?

A $25 monthly program fee helps support program materials, resources, and services. If this fee would prevent you from participating, please let us know. Fee waivers are available, and financial hardship will never be a barrier to joining the program.

How long does each phase take?

The TrilogE program is a 10-month experience, January – October, with in-person meetings held once per month for approximately 4.5 hours. Each phase builds upon the previous one, allowing women the time and support needed to develop lasting growth.

Can I skip a phase?

Possibly. Each woman’s journey is unique, and placement is determined based on her current goals, experiences, and readiness. We will work with each participant to identify the phase that best supports her continued growth.

How do I become a mentor?

Many mentors begin their journey by going through our program, including phase III, where they develop additional skills and prepare to support others. However, women who feel ready, or are interested, to mentor or volunteer may also participate. All mentors receive guidance and support to help them build meaningful connections with participants.

I'm in crisis right now. Is this the right place for me?

TrilogE is designed for women who have moved beyond the immediate crisis stage and are ready to focus on rebuilding, growth, and creating a path forward. If you are currently experiencing a crisis, we encourage you to connect with appropriate crisis support resources. Once you are ready to begin your next chapter, TrilogE is here to walk alongside you.
